Celia Esplin has been an Executive Associate of KARIBU Education International Pty Ltd since 1996. Previously she was involved in assisting entrepreneurs in the planning and setting up phases of small business premises as well as managing day to day operations.

In the late 1980s Celia had the foresight to recognise a niche in the smallgoods market and consequently she set up and ran her own small business before selling it as a successful enterprise.

More recently, Celia has been sought after for her flair and reputation in creating visually pleasing environments in a variety of settings including special events, corporate conference and workshops, business and home interiors.

Her skills also extend to brochure and catalogue layout, design and promotional ideas - reflecting a lifelong passion with word-smithing, writing and editing.

Celia's experience in the corporate arena includes working with people from the executive level to senior management and employees spanning a variety of industries including finance, chartered accounting, insurance, entertainment, health care, fashion and retail in a variety of countries including Australia, UK and the Middle East.

Much of Celia's recent work has involved partnering with KARIBU clients in organising and facilitating conferences and workshops as well as liaising with venue and hotel co-ordinators and other supplies to ensure the outcomes of clients are not only met but are exceeded.
