Judy Walker has over 20 years' experience in designing and facilitating leadership, culture change and transformational programmes - working with all levels of organisations from front-line to senior management.

Judy's experience spans the corporate sector, government departments and community groups, varying in size from 7 to 500. She has worked in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia, China, Europe, South Africa and the Middle East in a number of industries including mining, hospitality, financial services, insurance, travel and telecommunications.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Judy had a successful career in the travel industry and was State Sales Manager for Australia's largest Travel Wholesaler at the time. In this role, Judy aligned many different facets of the organisation to achieve corporate goals, by using her exceptional skills in communicating across all levels of the organisation. She uses these same skills as a consultant, assisting corporations in breaking down the silo mentality and working together co-operatively in the achievement of company goals and vision.

Judy's passion is facilitating personal and organisational transformation through workshops, retreats and one on one coaching. She inspires people to tap into their potential and express it in a way that fundamentally changes the individual and their contribution to their team and their organisation.

She has a strong belief that everyone can make a difference and she creates a safe environment for people to discover and articulate this difference. She inspires others by sharing who she is in a congruent way and her impact is felt by all who have contact with her.
