Whether she is facilitating groups, public speaking or coaching, Roma challenges people to expand their potential by exploring choices to improve their skills, abilities and their effectiveness. She assists individuals, teams and organisations to achieve outstanding results.
Roma also has a strong reputation for building long and lasting relationships with clients. In fact, she is still in contact with clients from the mid 1990s some of whom have frequently recommended KARIBU to colleagues in other organisations.
One of her core values is "minessence" - as demonstrated in her ability to distil the complex to something simple and meaningful for others to understand and practically use.
A core ideal held by Roma involves working with clients and associates who are intent on creating positive ripples in relationships, teams and organisations. Hence the ripple graphic throughout the KARIBU website. |
