Prior to becoming a consultant in 1989, Tina's career history included positions in publishing and public relations, medical and social research in London and later in Sydney. In these roles she gained extensive experience in interviewing people on sensitive subjects, training, coaching and mentoring others and consulting.
As an Executive Associate of KARIBU, Tina offers a wide range of consulting, facilitation and coaching services to all levels of organisations from front-line workers to senior executives.
She works with clients to fully assess their needs, understand their organisational context and then provides targeted solutions and well developed strategies. This partnering relationship throughout projects includes making adjustments as necessary to achieve effective outcomes.
Tina holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Sociology from London University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Sciences, majoring in Psychology, Counselling and Education (UNE, Armidale).
